技術名稱: 電動車平台整合控制器

技術簡介

電動車關鍵系統包括整車控制單元(VCU)、驅動馬達及馬達控制單元、動力電池及電能管理系統、DC-DC轉換器、車載充電器及電動附件等關鍵零組件,其中整車控制單元負責整合馬達控制單元(MCU)與電池管理系統(BMS)、電動輔助轉向控制系統、電動冷卻控制系統、車載充電器,以及直流電壓轉換器等各次系統。目前整車控制單元與各控制系統間之資訊傳遞及整車階層控制指令執行,主要藉由實質控制訊號線及透過車內網路(CAN bus)來完成。

Abstract

Vehicle Control Unit (VCU) is responsible for the control integrations of the motor control unit (MCU) , the battery management system (BMS), electric power steering control system, electric cooling control system, vehicle on-board charger, and DC2DC converter. The vehicle control unit integrates the the control signals by physic lines and CAN bus.

微處理器型號:Motorola公司所開發的MC9S12系列微控制器(16Bit MC9S12DG128BMPV) 記憶體: 128KB flash、2KB EEPROM 與8KB SRAM 電路板尺寸: 150mm*100mm、電路板厚度為1.0m/m 電路板佈局: PCB使用4層板,銅箔2oz的標準FR4材質製作 操作溫度:-40℃~85℃ 儲存溫度:-40℃~125℃ 輸入電壓範圍:9V~18V 控制器通訊介面:CAN x2、RS-232 x2 及K-Line 保護模式:12V電源短路保護。
