技術名稱: 壓電陶瓷纖維複材與應用

技術簡介

無機聚合黏結製作高固含量壓電纖維生胚,高溫燒結緻密成高壓電性陶瓷纖維。纖維集束與樹脂灌注形成壓電纖維複材,線切割與研磨製作高壓電性之壓電纖維複材薄片,配合高分子振膜貼付,開發寬音域薄型喇叭的產品應用。

壓電纖維d33>600pC/N,線徑100~1000微米。壓電複材薄片d33>350pC/N,膜厚30~200微米。薄型喇叭起振頻率<300Hz,音壓>85dB(@10cm)

技術特色

壓電纖維複材薄片之1-3結構維持複材之高壓電性,樹脂成份降低剛性,提供低的起振頻率,直接貼合高分子振膜,成為厚度<0.5mm,兼具寬音域特性的壓電喇叭。
