技術簡介

本技術開發的可撓式感光型防焊綠漆材料,其應用於高階的高密度軟性印刷電路板上,主要是以epoxy為主體,配合感光機制的導入及改質劑的使用,使其具有良好的撓曲性與解析度!

技術特色

可撓式感光型防焊綠漆材料,因其應用於高階的高密度軟性印刷電路板上,因此某些特性需求與傳統硬板綠漆不同,如:撓曲性,解析度..等,尤其是撓曲性,目前在手機軟板的組裝方面,可分為動態及靜態兩區,其動態區需要彎折因此仍是使用傳統有膠式的保護膜,靜態區則使用感光型防焊綠漆,如此非常費工費時,因此若能開發可撓式感光型防焊綠漆材料,其可以取代部份不需高撓曲性的產品,
