技術名稱: 太陽光電背板材料技術

技術簡介

本技術以高耐熱之環氧樹脂為配方主軸,考慮背板材料所需的耐UV、高絕緣、水氣阻絕、尺寸安定、高接著及耐老化等應用特性需求,以添加UV吸收劑及其它filler的方式,來進行背板結合膠材的配方開發!

技術特色

太陽能背板結合膠材的配方組成以脂肪族聚酯改質之環氧樹脂為主,搭配部份PVB與酸酐硬化劑,其具有高撓曲、高可靠性,符合背板接著劑的特性需求!
