技術名稱: 太陽能電池奈米結構設計

技術簡介

本技術以模擬分析奈米結構所造成高頻電磁波的局部共振,可用於太陽能電池增強微結構。

Abstract

The near-field optics is employed to design a patterned nanostructure which enduces the surface plasmon resonance and enhance the efficiency of the solar cell.

電磁波長 300 ~ 700 nm,奈米結構尺寸 10~ 300 nm,單元尺寸最大 0.5mm
