技術名稱: 高分子物性設計技術

技術簡介

一種快速預測高分子材料性質開發的技術,主要是利用半經驗法則與資料庫分析,對熱塑、熱固及共聚高分子系統之熱學、光學、電氣、機械、加工設計技術。

Abstract

The polymer materials science calculation technology is adopted to study the thermoplastic, thermosetting and copolymer. The main objective of this research is to study the thermodynamic, Optical, Electrical and Mechanical Properties. It’s a rapid of polymer materials prediction technology.

"高分子物性技術規格:璃轉移溫度、熔點、劣化啟始溫度、折射率、雙折射率、介電常數、介電損耗、波森比、剪切彈性係數、揚氏係數、零剪切黏度,預測精準度關聯性分析R2≧0.8。 "

"The polymer materials prediction technologies: Glass transition temperature, melt point, thermal degradation temperature, Refractive index, Birefringence, Dielectric constant, Dielectric loss factor, Poisson‘s Ratio, Young‘s modulus, Zero-Shear Viscosity, the correlation analysis, R2≧0.8. "

技術特色

以高分子物性設計技術,輸入分子構造或單體結構,即可推算高分子的40種物理物性。並在短時間內以列表方式輸出多樣的物性。開發高分子複合材料、高功能性高分子材料、光電、塗裝高分子,帶動材料開發新模式,縮短材料開發試誤的時程,特色為(1) 系統篩選速度小於0.5天,有效降低試誤的次數(2) 強化創新研發及研提能力,形成技術諮詢服務模式,建立合作伙伴關係。(3) 減少trial and error,降低污染能源的浪費。

應用範圍

可應用於高分子複合材料、高功能性高分子材料、光電用高分子材料、生醫用高分子材料、塗裝高分子等材料開發設計。
