技術名稱: ODF製程用框膠材料

技術簡介

本技術為一種液晶面板之ODF製程 (one-drop filling process) 用感光型框膠材料,此框膠材料需具備高度耐久性、可靠度、材料中顆粒大小控制、低水氣滲透、與面板有優良接著力、及固化精度。

Abstract

This technologu is the sealant for one-drop filling (ODF) process at LCD. The Sealant for ODF process needs to have the properties of high-degree durability, reliability, particles with uniform size, lower water vapor transmission rate, excellent adhesion on the panel, and curing accuracy.

(a)Modified epoxy acrylate; (b)100% Solid-content; (c)Color: Base clear; (d)Thixotropy at 25℃< 1.2; (e)Viscosity: 300,000 ± 30,000 mPa.s; (f)Max. particle size: < 2 μm; (g)UV Curing Speed: ≦ 1500mJ/cm2; (h)Thermal Curing Speed: ≦ 40 min, 120℃; (i)Tg > 100℃; (j)Curing product hardness:≧2H; (k)Tensile-strength of adhesion> 50kgf; (l)LC Contamination: VHR> 90% (UV/thermal/UV+thermal); (m) Shadow curing: 反應轉化率>90% @L/S=300μm/300μm
