技術名稱: 透明性導電高分子抗靜電薄膜材料

技術簡介

此材料技術符合水溶液分散,及PET/PC可塗佈且接著強度佳,更同時兼具可低材料成本、可量產化、及符合高透明度抗靜電薄膜塗佈性要求特色。

技術規格

PET/PC塗膜光穿透度: 390% @550 nm,PET/PC基材塗膜表面阻抗: 106~109 W/sq,PET/PC塗膜黏合強度: 通過3M tape (Type 810)測試,水分散導電高分子液儲存安定性: 於冰箱(約攝氏5度)30天,以及常溫(約攝氏25度) 7天保存,不可有分層、結粗粒現象,規格性能變化小於2% (必要時可經攪拌分散來達成)。

Tr% coated on PET/PC 390% @550 nm, Surface resistance coated on PET/PC: 106~109 W/sq, Adhesion of PET/PC: Pass 3M Tape Test, Storage stability330day@5℃ or 37day@25℃.
