技術簡介

可將製程參數自動讀取與寫入工件RFID標籤，以RFID取代條碼追蹤零件&產品，免除多次人工掃讀、轉貼與記錄，大幅提高生產作業的彈性和效率。該系統內建RFID事件處理引擎可管理RFID 事件 Read-Do-Check-Write (讀-做-查-寫) 的事件週期與事件錯誤復原，可偵測產品生產組裝錯誤與確保每一製程生產履歷的資料完整性。

Abstract

RFID-Based product managing system and method can facilitate automatic read/write operation on tagged work pieces and process control, replacing conventional barcode system that often require line-of-sight scan and human intervention in barcode tagging and data capturing; The system has a build-in RFID Event Processing Engine which can manage the Read-Do-Check-Write session control cycle and the event error recovery of RFID events. The engine thus can help detect product manufacturing errors and ensure the data integrity of production pedigree
