技術名稱: 依康酸衍生彈性材料開發技術

技術簡介

本技術是以生質依康酸做為原料單體,以環保訴求建立非石化原料體系之生質熱塑性彈性體,本材料屬於工程用彈性塑材具有良好的,且優異之機械特性,適用於工程塑件、管件、車用套件、緩衝材料等各式工程及民生產品上。

技術特色

利用生質依康酸衍生單體,透過單體結構設計及官能化技術,將衍生單體進行軟硬段合成反應,再以聚縮合反應技術合成生質依康酸衍生熱塑性彈性體,當中需透過單體轉化效率及純化技術以及彈性體聚合及性能調控,據此掌握彈性材機械特性。

應用範圍

工程塑件、管件、車用套件、運動緩衝材料、醫療材料及民生產品上。
