技術名稱: 生質擴散板材料配方與加工技術

技術簡介

本計畫開發之生質合膠光擴散板材料技術,可導入LCD背光模組之擴散板的應用機會。期望能夠取代現有來自石化產業的高分子材料,且符合節能、減碳、減廢3R訴求,並符合國際生質塑膠之認證規範,使生質材料提升到工程塑膠的應用範疇以因應ICT產業綠色環保的發展趨勢。

技術特色

本技術以bio-plastics合膠擴散材料,改善材料加工特性與抑制材料在高溫易裂解之問題,除了可應用在LCD中的擴散板外,也可應用在廣告看板或其他照明擴散燈罩。生質合膠材料對環境的友善性,可使整體產品之碳足跡下降並降低對石化材料的依賴性,進而達到節能減碳之效果。其材料光學特性可針對照明燈具之光源設計與應用情境調配出相對的光學擴散特性。

應用範圍

LCD直下式背光模組擴散板、廣告看板燈箱擴散板、LED燈泡擴散燈罩、LED燈管擴散燈罩、LED輕鋼架燈具擴散板。
