技術名稱: 生質材料PU發泡材料技術開發

技術簡介

本技術以生質材料與PU原料多異氰酸酯及多元醇進行發泡,所得之生質PU發泡材料,具有結構rigid,化學安定性佳,機械特性良好之特性,未來可取代石化PU材料,應用在聚氨酯發泡產業上的隔熱材、隔間建材、裝璜材料上,為一綠色的環保的生質材料。

技術特色

生質材料含量≧25wt%,符合日本JBPA綠色材料規範,發泡倍率:5~20倍,生質發泡建材質地輕(密度:0.05~0.2g/cm3),施工容易、可鋸、切割及鑽孔等加工。

應用範圍

發泡合成材料、隔間建材、裝璜材料及PU發泡相關市場。
