技術名稱: 線上光學水質監控系統

技術簡介

應用微型光譜水質分析設備、線上型導電度計及連續監測模組等裝置,達到即時量測水中含油、鐵離子、導電度及溫度等水質指標。適用於煉油廠、發電廠、高科技廠、實驗室或水及廢水處理廠等處,作為水質量測、系統監控、污染追蹤等應用。

Abstract

This technology integrates the mini-spectrum water analysis equipment, on-line conductivity meter and continuous monitoring module to monitor the water quality indexes which include oil in water, iron ion, conductivity and temperature. This system is suitable for application in the oil refinery, the power plant, the high tech factory, the laboratory and the water and the wastewater treatment plant.

技術規格

1.可監測水質指標:水中含油濃度 > 1 mg/L;鐵離子 > 0.1 mg/L;導電度 >0.5 μs/cm;溫度10 ~ 90 ℃; 2.尺寸:長 70 cm、寬40 cm、高 60 cm; 3.微型光譜儀波長掃描範圍: 400 nm至800 nm,其訊號以USB方式輸出; 4.光源:可為UV-VIS 或 VIS 光源,以光纖方式將光源傳回分光光度計做訊號處理,其訊號感應及輸出速率可每秒一筆以上之數據; 5.連續監測反應模組:內含有內鑲式石英視窗、漏斗型流動槽體等; 6.電腦:含人機介面及顯示螢幕,作為系統監控之用;

1.Monitoring the water quality indexes: Oil in water > 1 mg/L; Iron ion > 0.1 mg/L; Conductivity >0.5 μs/cm; Temperature 10 ~ 90 ℃; 2.Size: Long 70 cm, width 40 cm, high 60 cm; 3.Spectroscope wave length range: 400 nm to 800 nm, signal output by USB; 4.Light source: UV-VIS or the VIS light source; 5.Continuous monitoring module: Including inlaid quartz windows, the funneled reactor and so on; 6.Computer: Including man-machine interface.
