技術名稱: 環保型澱粉膠合劑

技術簡介

‧常用的木材膠合劑以尿素-甲醛膠與三聚氰胺-甲醛膠為主,尋找成本低且無毒性的木材膠合劑為目前建材業者的首要之急。 ‧利用天然原料製作「環保型無甲醛膠合劑」,有效處理木材膠合劑中高毒性甲醛溢散的問題 ,減低對人體健康的危害。 ‧於反應過程中添加適當的交聯劑,提升膠合劑的分子量及耐水性。將無毒價廉的澱粉反應成含特定官能基的衍生物,使其形成具高黏著性能的環保膠合劑。

Abstract

‧For wood-to-wood binding, many of these materials have been replaced by more effective and inexpensive formaldehyde-bases thermosetting resins, such as commercially produced urea-formaldehyde, phenol-formaldehyde and melamine-formaldehyde adhesive. ‧Starch is a renewable polymer derived from a commodity crop produced in surplus. Its low cost and versatility for chemical manipulation makes it an attractive material for use as a substitute for synthetic polymers. ‧The development of an environmentally friendly wood adhesive is described prepared by crosslinking starch and a hydroxy functionalized polymer with crosslinker.

技術規格

‧使用澱粉高分子為主要原料,膠合劑配方不含甲醛 ‧板材從生產過程到成品皆無游離甲醛逸散,甲醛逸散量符合CNS 1349 F1等級(< 0.3 ppm) ‧木材耐水膠合能力符合CNS 1349 Type 1規格,經100℃反覆水煮後,其耐水膠合力達10 kgf/cm2 以上。

Technical Specification

‧The main advantage for this adhesive is that it contains no formaldehyde or phenol, both of which are considered potent environmental pollutants. ‧The application of starch-based adhesive can improve the strength and water tolerance of plywood, which establishes a basis for exploitation and utilization of natural adhesives with low cost and high performance in wood composite industry.

‧中華民國、中國大陸、馬來西亞、印尼等四國專利申請中 ‧產品可取代常用之尿素甲醛膠或聚醋酸乙烯樹脂 ,廣泛的應用於木製傢俱建材及房屋裝飾裝修領域,有效解決因建材及室內裝修所造成的甲醛溢散問題。
