技術名稱: 一種內建於印刷電路板上之RFID標籤與立體天線構成

技術簡介

本技術開發內建於 3C 或鋰電池電路板之UHF RFID 技術,並結合SMT製程,可大幅提高RFID標籤之良率並同時降低RFID標籤成本。本系統發展RFID流程控制技術可適用於彈性製造與物流控制系統。

Abstract

The technology development or the built-in lithium battery circuit board 3C UHF RFID technology, combined with the SMT process, RFID tags can significantly improve the yield and reduce the cost of RFID tags. The process control system, the development of RFID technology applied to flexible manufacturing and logistics control system.

技術特色

可在製程中自動讀取與寫入工件上的RFID標籤,取代條碼系統需多次人工掃讀、轉貼與記錄過程;這種離線讀寫資料的能力將大幅提高生產作業的彈性和效率。
