技術名稱: 冰水主機動態特性模型建立方法、冰水主機監控方法及冰水主機監控裝置

技術簡介

一種冰水主機動態特性模型建立方法,其包含下列步驟:計算一實際運轉效率值;取得複數個控制點,其中該些控制點決定一代表合成曲線動態特性模型;計算控制點之一最適移動方向向量,其中各該控制點單獨地以最適移動方向向量中相應之一元素值調整後,所得之一計算合成曲線動態特性模型較該合成曲線動態特性模型更趨近該實際運轉效率值;提供一移動變數,其中該些控制點係以該移動變數與該最適移動方向向量之一乘積值進行調整,藉此獲得逼近該實際運轉效率值之一合成曲線動態特性模型;以及在各迭代計算中,根據一單變數最小值搜尋法,決定該移動變數之值。

Abstract

A dynamic modeling method for a chilling system comprises the steps of: calculating a KPI (Key Performance Index) value; obtaining a plurality of control points determining a representative synthetic curve dynamic performance model; calculating a search direction vector for the control pointes wherein each control point is adjusted independently by a corresponding element of the search direction vector, and a computed synthetic curve dynamic performance model may move closer to the KPI value relative to the representative synthetic curve dynamic performance model; providing a movement variable wherein each control point is adjusted by the product of the search direction vector and the movement variable, thereby obtaining a synthetic curve dynamic performance model approximating the KPI value; and determining the movement variable in each iteration according to a technique for finding the extremum of a unimodal function.
