技術名稱: 分離助效氫氣產生器

技術簡介

一種分離助效氫氣產生器,包括第一重組段、第一濾氫膜段、第二重組段、第二濾氫膜段、第一熱交換器與第二熱交換器。第一重組段用以重組進料,以形成第一重組氣氛。第一濾氫膜段用以過濾第一重組氣氛,形成第一產物與第一餘氣。第二重組段用以重組第一餘氣,以形成第二重組氣氛。第二濾氫膜段用以過濾第二重組氣氛,形成第二產物與第二餘氣。第一熱交換器,與第一重組段與第一濾氫膜段連接,用以加熱進料,並接收第一重組氣氛,在第一重組氣流入第一濾氫膜段之前加熱之。第二熱交換器,與第二重組段以及第二濾氫膜段連接,用以接收第二重組氣氛,在第二重組氣氛流入第二濾氫膜段之前加熱之。

Abstract

A filtration-enhanced hydrogen generator including a first reforming section, a first hydrogen-purification filter, a second reforming section, a second hydrogen-purification filter, a first heat-exchanger and a second heat-exchanger is provided. The first reforming section is used for reforming a feed so as to forming a first reforming gas. The first hydrogen-purification filter is to filter the first reforming gas so as to form a first product and a first residual gas. The second reforming section is used for reforming the first residual gas so as to form a second reforming gas. The second hydrogen-purification filter is to filter the second reforming gas so as to form a second product and a second residual gas. The first heat-exchanger connected the first reforming section and the first hydrogen-purification filter is used to heat the feed and the first reforming gas before the first reforming gas flows into the first hydrogen-purification filter. The second heat-exchanger connected the second reforming section and the second hydrogen-purification filter is used to heat the second reforming gas before the second reforming gas flows into the second hydrogen-purification filter.

技術規格

1. 使用濾氫薄膜作為氫氣純化之工具 2.具有至少重複兩段以上的重組/過濾機構 3. 重組區溫度範圍150~350℃、濾氫薄膜區溫度範圍300~450℃。

技術特色

發明提供一種薄膜式碳氫化合物重組產氫器,可以使不同溫度的流體充分進行交互熱交換,達到各流體合適的工作溫度,確保薄膜溫度、並維持重組反應所需之溫度。

應用範圍

質子交換膜式燃料電池,其他需至少90%vol以上之低CO含量氫氣的應用領域。
