技術簡介

產品品質或關鍵製程特性無法即時線上量測，將無法導入有效的自動化控制。本技術可以基於其他即時感測資料來推論出產品品質或關鍵製程特性，並進而使用於品質強化之推論控制或模式預測控制中。

Abstract

Unavailability for real-time product qualities or key process properties results in ineffective process control. The proposed technology uses other real-time sensing data to infer the product qualities or key process properties. These soft sensors can be further utilized in inferential control or model predictive control to enhance the quality of products.
