技術名稱: CIGS太陽電池奈米氧化物漿料調配技術

技術簡介

非真空製備CIGS太陽電池具有製程簡單、快速、可控制膜厚以及大面積塗佈與捲繞傳輸(roll-to-roll)技術相容之特性,與低成本的優勢,本技術著重於CIGS前趨物用之奈米氧化物漿料調配技術。

Abstract

Non vacuum process is a low cost, easy for production technology, It also suitable for roll-to-roll technology. In our technology, we focus on oxide based paste preparation. These technologies can employ cost-effective approaches to grow solar cell absorbers on large area substrates with high throughput and high materials utilization.

技術規格

三日內無可見沉澱發生,固含量 ≧25 wt% ,400 ℃左右可去除大部分有機物

Technical Specification

no precipitation in 3 days, solid content>25 wt%, carbon and other impurity can almost be removed at 400 ℃.
