技術名稱: 奈米載體材料與傳輸技術開發

技術簡介

開發新型生物可分解雙性高分子,利用其特性形成高分子微胞包覆疏水性藥物,改善藥物溶解度問題成為可注射劑形,並利用奈米載體特性,改變藥物動力分布,將藥物有效送至病灶位置,達到「passive targeting」、降低抗藥性及副作用等功能。

◆完成開發高分子奈米新劑型配方的篩選評估方法, ◆利用藥動藥效評估,快速調整配方技術最適化並篩選候選配方進入產品開發。 ◆以此藥物傳輸技術平台,應用於學名藥、專利藥或化妝品的新劑型開發。
