技術簡介
細胞毒性篩選系統，可用來篩選潛力抗白血病標靶藥物，目前此一篩選細胞包括RS4;11 (FLT3-wt)、THP-1 (FLT3-wt )、MV4-11 (Flt-3-ITD)、MOLM13 (Flt-3-ITD)及Kasumi-1 (c-KIT-wt; AML1/ETO)等細胞之分析篩選技術。
Abstract
Cell growth inhibition activities assay can be used to screen potential drugs in leukemia. The cell lines in this system contains RS4;11 (FLT3-wt)、THP-1 (FLT3-wt )、MV4-11 (Flt-3-ITD)、MOLM13 (Flt-3-ITD) and Kasumi-1 (c-KIT-wt; AML1/ETO) etc.. This evaluating platform can accelerate drug discovery/lead optimization and novel potential kinase inhibitor can also be discovered for cancer therapy.
