技術簡介

本技術為OLED元件用封裝材料,具有優異的水氣與氧氣的阻絕能力。

Abstract

This technology is encapsulation for the OLED devices. It has excellent at the barrier of the oxygen and water vapor.

Tg≧110℃、a1≦60~70ppm/℃、WVTR≦10g/m2×24hrs (@40℃/90%R.H.)、Tensile-shear Strength≧50Kgf (@ITO glass)、Volume shrinkage≦4%、Water absorption in water (25℃/24hrs)≦0.7%
