技術名稱: 高功率鋰離子電池之複合非織造布的隔離膜

技術簡介

目前市售的高分子多孔膜雖然有許多優點,但依然無法克服在高功率需求的多孔性及尺寸安定性,故利用本技術開發的纖維型隔離膜,可以經由紡絲過程提升基材的尺寸安定性(<3%@130℃),且在纖維結構的設計下可達到高孔隙率(>45%),利用此製程的開發來增加鋰電池的使用安全性及內短路。協助國內纖維產業開發符合高功率鋰電池的應用。
