技術名稱: 高強度聚烯奈米複材

技術簡介

本研究投入聚烯高剛/高韌複材技術建立,設計O/I hybrid物性增強奈米結構,控制無機素材之分散特性,使國產材料性能提升,建構高值化聚烯自主性技術與關鍵能力。

"結合製程工程與高/低剪切流動總體系統設計,達到多組成高分散之最佳分散效果。 利用廉價奈米粉體與泛用塑膠同時提升材料剛性與韌性,達到聚烯烴高值化的目的。"
