技術名稱: 低硬度耐高溫無鹵難燃線材

技術簡介

低硬度耐溫無鹵難燃線材開發主要以相型態控制為核心,配合無鹵難燃劑表面處理與分散技術、流變特性調控等,希望建立熱塑性高性能複材之無鹵難燃線材高階應用。

難燃性:UL94 V-0,硬度:shore A<85,Tensile strength>190kgf/cm2,伸長率≧600%,熱老化(121℃X 168 小時)後強度維持率90%以上,體積電阻:3×1015Ω-cm

本技術以相型態設計、無鹵難燃劑篩選改質與摻配加工搭配雙螺桿組態調控等技術創新,來完成低硬度耐溫無鹵難燃線材開發 。

應用範圍

可應用在大眾運輸系統用線纜、高壓電力線纜、船舶用線纜。
