技術名稱: 水性奈米難燃塗料技術

技術簡介

調控奈米粉體化性及機能性、機能性樹脂結構設計等技術,藉由in-situ polymerization進行無機/有機混成及奈米微粒表面改質,增進有機樹脂及無機金屬氧化物介面之相容性,使不相容的兩相能均勻分散,形成奈米混成及奈米復合材料,以開發兼具多功能的塗料材,使達到防焰、抗菌、耐刮、易著色、低吸濕的要求。

技術特色

利用奈米顆粒之矽酸鹽層狀結構,透過高分子材料的脫層複合技術,實現有機物(高分子材料)主體與無機物(奈米顆粒)達到在奈米尺度上的分散,此複合材料能夠將無機物的剛性、尺寸穩定性和熱穩定性與聚合物的韌性及可加工性完美的結合起來。
