技術簡介
噴印μ-3D形體微透鏡陣列方式製造導光板具有墨水用量少、改版快速、出光均齊度佳且噴印<60μm之直徑之優點。本技術為設計UV墨水配方,調控墨水物性、噴印適性、墨滴精準定位。噴印之微透鏡可調控於H/D:1/5-1/5.5,附著度通過3M 600 tape test 5級,其可見光之穿透度為>99%(400~700 nm)。技術包括:(1)設計噴印數位墨水配方組成(2)微透鏡墨水特性及精準定位噴印技術(3)噴印微透鏡形體控制。
Abstract
"The ink was jetting on the substrate with primer to form micro-lens array during real-time UV curing. The height to diameter ratio of micro-lens is controlled around 1/5-1/5.5, the adhesion between micro-lens and primer layer passes 3M 600 tape test of five class, and the optical transmittance reaches 99% in the wavelength of 400~700nm.The technologies including:(1) designing compositions of UV jetting inks, (2) adjusting physical properties of micro-lens inks and accurate merging technique of ink drops, (3) controlling jetting shapes of micro-lens.
Inkjet printing micro-lens process exhibits some advantages of light guide plate fabrications such as saving ink dosage, real time lay out, and excellent optical uniformity with diameter less than 60μm.
