技術名稱: 一種藉由電池充放電特性檢控容量與功率的方法

技術簡介

一種依電池充放電特性以檢控電池容量與功率的方法。就放電而言,量測一電池之開路電壓與輸出電容量的關係,以獲得一第一特徵曲線。量測電池在一額定最大放電電流速率下之電壓-輸出電容量的關係,以獲得一第二特徵曲線。建立通過於第一特徵曲線與第二特徵曲線上分別選取的一第一特徵點與一第二特徵點的一特徵邊界線。第一特徵點所對應到的電壓值高於第二特徵點所對應到的電壓值。第一特徵曲線、第二特徵曲線與特徵邊界線定義出一操作範圍。令電池放電落在操作範圍內。依據上述放電之控制邏輯亦可套用到充電模式。

Abstract

A method for checking and modulating battery capacity and power based on battery charging/discharging characteristics. In terms of discharging, a relationship between an open circuit voltage and a capacity of a battery is measured to obtain a first characteristic line. A relationship between a voltage and a capacity of the battery in a predetermined maximum current rate is measured to obtain a second characteristic line. A boundary characteristic line passing a first feature point and a second feature point respectively selected from the first characteristic line and the second characteristic line is built. The voltage of the first feature point is higher than the voltage of the second feature point. An operation region defined by the first characteristic line, the second characteristic line, and the boundary characteristic line. The battery is discharged within the operation region. In terms of charging, the same logic as mentioned above can also be applied.

電池在放電過程中,受到電池內阻、溫度等影響因素,常發生實際可用電量遠小於殘電量的狀況,因此造成使用者對電池電量產生恐懼,本技術可預測在不同放電條件下,將殘電量進一步拆解成實際可用電量與不可用電量,讓使用者能及早規劃車輛行駛路線、調整駕駛行為與決定充電時機。
