技術名稱: 電池老化估測方法

技術簡介

一種電池老化估測方法,並包括下列步驟。依據電池的靜置開路電壓查詢元件特性表,以取得剩餘電量。此外,提供固定電流(以下簡稱定電流)對電池進行充電,並在電池的端電壓到達一充電預設電壓時,提供一固定電壓(以下簡稱定電壓)對電池進行充電。利用充電過程量測的電壓、電流、溫度、電量等資訊,分析固定電流模式轉換成固定電壓模式之轉換點資訊,包含轉換點估測開路電壓、轉換點電壓、轉換點電流與轉換點電池溫度等參數,計算電池老化指標。

Abstract

A method for estimating battery degradation is provided and includes the following steps. A remaining capacity is obtained by looking up a device characteristic table according to a steady open circuit voltage of a battery. Besides, a fixed current is provided to charge the battery, and when a terminal voltage of the battery is raised to a charging predetermined voltage, a fixed voltage is provided to charge the battery. The transition point information (ex: estimation open circuit voltage, voltage, current and cell temperature at transition point) can be calculated or obtained from the measurement information (ex: voltage, current, temperature and coulomb counting etc.). The battery degradation index is calculated from the transition point information.

電池在充電時大多採用定電壓、定電流的穩定充電方式,因此本技術利用充電階段抓取特徵,用判斷電池健康狀態,且僅採用非常簡單的運算與查表即可快速判斷電池健康狀態。
