技術名稱: 基於可見光攝影機之溫度場量測技術

技術簡介

透過可見光攝影機吸收高溫物體發射之輻射能,以濾片配合感光亮度調整技術取得RGB波長之適當亮度,並使用改良式雙色法建構二維溫度場資訊,能以簡便的機構裝置及方法建立具高量測範圍的溫度感測系統,能提供工業高溫系統的重要運轉指標。

Abstract

An visible camera with specific optical filters is used to record the intensity of radiant energy emitted by the objects with high temperature. Based on automatic shutter adjustment and modified temperature calculation method, 2-D temperature-field of the objects can be constructed at real time. The mechanism of temperature measurement system is simple. It is capable of high dynamic measurement to provide the important inspection\quality indices for the industrial combustion systems.

技術特色

1.傳統接觸式的高溫熱電偶具有溫度響應速度較慢及僅能單點量測的二大限制 2.應用於高溫環境的非接觸式紅外線熱影像儀單價高,且需設定待測物的放射率 3.基於可見光攝影機的非接觸式量測,其量測系統建置成本較低,針對大部分的高溫應用領域,可以不用設定待測物的放射率。
