技術名稱: 氨氣選擇性觸媒氧化系統設計技術

技術簡介

設計與運用高選擇性氨氣觸媒技術,可有效分解廢氣中的NH3,轉換成為環境友善之N2與H2O。透過流場模擬技術協助設計節能高效率之處理系統

Abstract

A highly efficient catalyst for simultaneous removal of NH3 was developed. The maximum NH3 conversion into N2 and H2O is higher than 99%. The NOx conversion ratio is less than 1%. Applying the computational fluid dynamics technology to solve and analyze problems that involve fluid flows and the better solutions can be achieved.

反應溫度低於320℃;NH3處理效率>99%、NOx轉換率<1%。

技術特色

本技術有別於傳統以水洗的方式去除廢氣流中的氨氣,完全無廢水產生。利用本所以開發完成之高選擇性氨氣處理觸媒,有效將氣流中之氨氣轉換成環境友善之氮氣與水,且操作溫度低、N2選擇性高,NOx轉換率低於1%。可同時去除處理H2。可有效解高科技廠水中氨氮濃度過高之環保問題。
