技術簡介
集水區水質監測站網必須有效監控水質,不過過往監測站點的決策多透過經驗的方式決定,雖然過往也有水質測站優選模式,不過多是利用啟發式解法決策,無法確保所規劃的站網為最佳。本技術利用六個水質監控成本函數,以整數規劃優選技術為基礎的決策模式,規劃可花費最小定位汙染源成本的水質監測站網系統,以系統化、自動化的方式解決此一複雜的決策問題,有效保護集水區水質,提升我國集水區水質監控的成效,同時輔以決策支援模式,以應用敏捷方法搭配歷史經驗模組,可發揮快速定義疑似污染排放源之決策支援效益。
Abstract
A water quality monitoring network (WQMN) must be designed so as to adequately protect the water quality in a catchment. Although a simulated annealing (SA) method was previously applied to design a WQMN, the SA method cannot ensure the solution it obtained is the global optimum. Therefore, an integer optimization model is proposed to minimize the deviation of the cost values expected to identify the possible pollution sources. With the determined WQMN by the proposed optimization model, water quality in a catchment can be monitored and protected more efficiently. Then a Decision Support System (DSS) could be used to identify potential sources of detected pollutants with agile methods and historical models.
