技術名稱: 氣冷式燃料電池的組裝方法

技術簡介

一種氣冷式燃料電池的組裝方法,藉由使燃料/氧化劑分隔板的具氣體流場的面接觸陽極氣體擴散層、氧化劑/冷卻劑分隔板的具空氣流場的面接觸陰極氣體擴散層,再使陽極、陰極氣體擴散層接觸膜電極組,可得到共用供應型式氣冷式燃料電池。藉由使第一燃料/氧化劑分隔板的具氣體流場的面接觸陽極氣體擴散層、第二燃料/氧化劑分隔板的具氣體流場的面接觸陰極氣體擴散層,再使陽極、陰極氣體擴散板接觸膜電極組,並使氧化劑/冷卻劑分隔板接觸第二燃料/氧化劑分隔板的不具氣體流場的面,可得到獨立供應型式氣冷式燃料電池。

Abstract

An assembling method of air-cooled fuel cell, a common supply type air-cooled fuel cell is obtained by contacting a surface with a gas flow field of a fuel/oxidant separator with an anode gas diffusion layer, contacting a surface with an air flow field of an oxidant/coolant separator with a cathode gas diffusion layer, and then contacting the anode and the cathode gas diffusion layer with a membrane electrode assembly. An individual supply type air-cooled fuel cell is obtained by contacting a surface with a gas flow field of a first fuel/oxidant separator with an anode gas diffusion layer, contacting a surface with a gas flow field of a second fuel/oxidant separator with a cathode gas diffusion layer, and contacting the anode and the cathode gas diffusion layer with a membrane electrode assembly, and then contacting an oxidant/coolant separator with a surface without the gas flow field of the second fuel/oxidant separator.
