技術名稱: 生質物在離子溶液中液化解聚技術

技術簡介

本技術為一種生質物在離子溶液中,解聚轉化為液體的反應方法。生質物可於有機銨鹽與含醇基或酚基化合物調製而成不同組合的離子溶液中,在常壓及溫和反應狀態下,添加少量酸性觸媒,迅速解聚液化,獲得高轉化效率。

Abstract

A method of biomass decomposition and liquefaction with ionic solutions is investigated. The woody biomass could be liquefied efficiently in the solutions of mixing quaternary ammonium salts with alcoholic or phenolic compounds in the presence of acid catalysts under mild conditions.

技術規格

木材在離子溶液中液化,添加少量酸性觸媒,於常壓與150℃,在2小時內可獲得約95%液化產率。

Technical Specification

The liquefaction yield of woods is some 95% in the ionic solutions with little acid catalysts at 150 ℃ under atmospheric pressure within 2 hours.

技術特色

應用深共熔現象的物理特性,備有機固體銨鹽化合物離子溶液,在少量酸性觸媒的協助下,常壓下對木粉液化得到很高的轉化率,且簡化後續產物與固體銨鹽的分離程序,極具做為生質物液化劑的潛力。
