技術簡介

本報告針對不同纖維素和蔗渣在氯化鋅與鹽酸和甲酸的混合溶液中研究酸化水解技術，並建立一個完整檢測方法來準確量測水解液中還原醣總類和含量。

Abstract

In the present report, acidification hydrolysis technique for different types of cellulose and bagasse is studied in a mixed solution of ZnCl2//HCl and ZnCl2//formic acid and is also established a complete detection method to accurately measure the reducing sugar in the general category and content of the hydrolyzate.

技術規格

在常壓下，反應溫度40-100℃，反應時間小於5小時，蔗渣水解產物：葡萄糖產率為70％和木糖產率為90％
