技術名稱: 泵浦並聯最適化控制技術及專利

技術簡介

泵浦系統常使用多機並聯設備來進行運轉控制,然而在多機並聯的狀態下,可能存在有定變頻或馬力不一的組合,當操作經驗不足可能會落入不安全區或無法達到最大節能效益。本技術結合基因演算法與模糊決策技術,可解決泵浦並聯系統變動性負載耗能問題,在控制方面採動態追隨負載,輸出最適頻率至變速裝置,除了能讓動力系統避免操作在不安全區域外,亦可提升節能效益約10-30%以上。

Abstract

In utility systems, end-users often allow multiple-pumps to adjust to variable flow. To make more system efficiency and to reduce power consumption under pumps safe operation are the chief considerations. We modified an advanced algorithm for controlling parallel pumps by genetic algorithm and fuzzy theory. This system will point out optimal values of motor speed to fit user’s requirements. The results from a series of tests provided 10-30% energy savings for high variability demand systems. Consequently, not only can the system achieves the lowest power loss but also improve the efficiency of equipments.
