技術名稱: 無線超音波流量儀表技術

技術簡介

超音波流量計廣泛應用於非接觸流量量測,具有不需破壞管路即可進行量測之優勢,然而市場產品售價高昂,本技術以時差式感測原理,開發低成本、高精度之超音波流量儀表,量測範圍:±0.1-20m/s、解析度:0.001m/s、精度:<±2%,並結合無線感測網路技術進行資料傳輸,提升產品方便性與競爭力,建立國內自有之超音波流量量測技術能量,創造產業價值。

Abstract

Ultrasonic flow meters are widely used in non-contact flow measurement with no damage to the pipeline, especially suitable for ESCO applications. But market products are too expensive causing hard to promote in energy services. This technology is to develop an ultrasonic flow meter base on delta time principle. Finally achieve a low-cost, high accuracy ultrasonic flow meter combine wireless sensor network technology for data transmission to improve product convenience and competitiveness. Also establish domestic technology and create more industrial value.
