技術名稱: 模組化光合生物反應器系統、藻類養殖方法及夾具組

技術簡介

一種模組化光合生物反應器系統及藻類養殖方法,該模組化光合生物反應器系統包含至少一反應器、一進氣管路、一出料管路、一入料管路以及一排氣管路,該反應器係由複數夾具組及至少一薄膜筒件構成,該藻類養殖方法包含執行一消毒程序、執行一養殖程序及執行一採收程序,消毒程序係將水、空氣與次氯酸溶液注入反應器中,以進行消毒滅菌,再將硫代硫酸鈉溶液注入反應器中以中和餘氯;養殖程序係將培養基及藻液注入反應器中且微藻生長至一穩定期;採收程序係於該生長穩定期結束後,對反應器內的微藻進行採收。

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a modularized photosynthetic reactor system and an algae culturing method using the same, in which the modularized photosynthetic reactor system includes at least one reactor, an air pipe, an out-feed tube, an in-feed tube and an exhausting pipe. Moreover, each reactor is composed of a plurality of clamp sets and at least one membrane cartridge, and the algae culturing method comprises: a sterilizing procedure, a culturing procedure and a harvesting procedure. In the sterilizing procedure, water, air and a hypochlorite solution are fed into a reactor for sterilization and then a sodium thiosulfate solution is fed into the same reactor for chlorine neutralization. In the culturing procedure, a culture medium and an algae liquid are fed into the reactor for allowing algae to grow until a steady growth period is reached. In the harvesting procedure, the algae grown in the reactor is harvested after the steady growth period is ended.

技術特色

傳統光合反應器大都利用壓克力、聚氯乙烯或玻璃等透明材料為材質,造價昂貴,不利於對大規模量產,本專利採用簡易的塑膠加工方式製作便宜而高效率之光合反應器,同時養殖系統進行模組化,可大幅減少設備與操作上的成本,提高微藻養殖之競爭力。
