技術名稱: 生質物的液化方法與有機銨鹽溶液用於將生質物液化的用途

技術簡介

本技術為一種生質物在離子溶液中,解聚轉化為液體的反應方法。生質物可於有機銨鹽與含醇基或酚基化合物調製而成不同組合的離子溶液中,在常壓及溫和反應狀態下,添加少量酸性觸媒,迅速解聚液化,獲得高轉化效率。

Abstract

A method of biomass decomposition and liquefaction with ionic solutions is developed. The woody biomass could be liquefied efficiently in the solutions of mixing quaternary ammonium salts with alcoholic or phenolic compounds in the presence of acid catalysts under mild conditions.

技術規格

木材在離子溶液中液化,添加少量酸性觸媒,於常壓與150℃,在2小時內可獲得約95%液化產率。

Technical Specification

The liquefaction yield of woods is some 95% in the ionic solutions with little acid catalysts at 150 ℃ under atmospheric pressure within 2 hours.

技術特色

本技術是由市面上常用已商業生產的有機銨鹽製作成有機銨鹽化合物離子溶液,讓它具有類似離子液體的特性,以利於進行常壓低溫的生質物液化解聚反應。

應用範圍

纖維質生質物之水解產醣的前處理技術,或應用於木材液化解聚生產生質化學品或液化粗油。
