技術名稱: 油品改質的方法

技術簡介

本發明提供一種油品改質的方法,包括:以一鐵氧化物作為觸媒,使一油品與氫氣進行加氫脫氧反應,其中該鐵氧化物包括氧化亞鐵(FeO)、二氧化鐵(FeO2)、三氧化二鐵(Fe2O3)、四氧化三鐵(Fe3O4)、或前述之組合。油品種類可為生質物裂解油、生質物脂肪酸、含氧環狀化合物。

Abstract

A method for refining oil is provided. The method comprises contacting an oil with hydrogen and with a catalyst comprising iron oxide to proceed with a catalytic hydrodeoxygenation reaction, wherein the iron oxide comprises ferrous oxide (FeO), ferrum dioxide (FeO2), ferric oxide (Fe2O3), ferroferric oxide (Fe3O4), or combinations thereof.

技術規格

本技術使用Fe3O4含量為85%以上,比表面積10 m2/g以上,飽和磁性強度為15 emu/g的磁鐵礦為觸媒,於T≦320℃、P≦50 atm下,達成油品加氫脫氧改質。

Technical Specification

Magnetite with Fe3O4 content ≧ 85 %, surface area ≧ 10 m2/g, and saturation magnetization ≧ 15 emu/g could be used as catalyst applied on oil refinery process under mild (T≦320℃、P≦50 atm) HDO conditions.

技術特色

使用磁鐵礦,輔以高壓CO2,利用其液體膨脹特性,降低加氫脫氧製程中,氫氣使用量之製程。
