技術名稱: 多孔基材及無機選擇膜製造方法

技術簡介

一種多孔基材的製造方法,包括提供金屬網,金屬網包括多條相互交錯的金屬條,金屬條之間形成多數個第一孔洞,第一孔洞面積為1至10,000平方微米之間,且第一孔洞的面積誤差小於5%,之後,於金屬網周圍披覆金屬層,以形成上述多孔基材,多孔基材具有多數個第二孔洞,其中透過控制金屬層厚度,可以使得多孔基材的第二孔洞面積縮減為0.01–1平方微米之間,且各第二孔洞之間的面積誤差小於5%。

Abstract

A method of fabricating porous base material is provided. A metal mesh is provided, in which the metal mesh is formed by interlacing metal strips, so that first holes are formed thereon. Each first hole area in the metal mesh is 1 to 10,000 mm2, and an area error between the first holes is less than 5%. A metal layer is used to cover the metal strips, so as to form the porous base material with a second holes. By controlling the thickness of the metal layer, each second hole area is reduced from 0.01 to 1 mm2, and the area error between the second holes is less than 5%.

技術特色

本發明涉及一種多孔性基材的製備方法,包括在一不銹鋼網上披覆一金屬鍍層,用以得到分佈均勻且大小均一之孔洞,孔洞大小可透過調整披覆金屬鍍層厚度控制之,披覆之金屬鍍層可抵抗多孔基材在高溫時發生之互擴散情況。此多孔性基材具高氣體通量、高溫互擴散抵抗性、低成本,可應用做為無機金屬膜材之承載基材。
