技術名稱: 矽晶太陽電池表面鈍化技術

技術簡介

藉由鈍化電池背表面來提升電池Voc與Isc,並以雷射開線方式將背面鋁電極製作成局部線狀,達到提升電池效率的目的。

Abstract

The open-circuit voltage and short-circuit current of solar cells were increased by surface passivation and the aluminum electrode with line pattern was formed by laser opening. Combined these two processes, the efficiency of solar cell can be improved more than 0.6%.

加入標準太陽能電池製程,提昇效率>0.6%。
