技術名稱: 太陽電池模擬技術

技術簡介

我們開發了太陽能電池模擬技術,此技術主要是用在太陽能電池元件開發,目的是可以增加電池效率、縮短研發時程,並可提早專利布局、增加廠商競爭力。

Abstract

We develop the device and process simulation of solar cell. Such technology can be used to improve efficiency, to shorten the R&D time, to file patent early and to enhance the competitive strength.

技術特色

1.任意矽晶太陽能結構,可提供準確性的光電元件效率計算, 2.透過理論上的估算,可大幅縮短研發時程, 3.透過元件模擬計算,可提供為專利上實證的依據, 4.除了元件模擬,還可以結合熱擴散、氧化、離子佈植製程模擬。
