技術簡介

近年來,VoIP應用服務技術已達成熟,也逐漸取代傳統的企業PBX,再加上行動通訊設備的普及,VoIP與行動網路的結合成為企業用戶在提昇通訊效率上的利器,特別是新創中小企業。工研院資通所採用自有技術研發網路語音通訊系統與終端的完整解決方案,提供企業導入網路語音通訊服務,提升企業網路語音通訊應用範圍。網路語音通訊系統是一種應用於Wired/Wireless LAN的企業用IP-PBX,是一個具備容易管理,價格低廉,不用額外鋪設電話網路,功能眾多,擴充彈性佳等優點的交換機系統;由於採用IP網路運行語音通訊服務,因此可進一步結合各種行動網路服務,提供諸如即時訊息與狀態(Instant Message and Presence)、線上客戶服務、行動分機等應用服務。網路語音通訊終端解決方案則可進行SIP註冊與認證、基本話務功能、通訊品質狀況監測等機制,並針對行動平台環境特點,結合各平台原生提供之服務及功能進行整體話務運作流程優化,以提供使用者透過不同平台、不同形式的終端設備進行語音通訊服務。此外,網路語音通訊終端解決方案亦可透過擴充升級的方式支援IMS(IP Multimedia Subsystem)相關功能,提供更廣泛的應用服務。

Abstract

In recent years, VoIP application service technology has reached maturity, and is gradually replacing the traditional enterprise PBX. As well as the popularity of mobile communication devices, VoIP and mobile networks were combined for business users to enhance communication efficiency, especially for start-ups of small and medium enterprises. ITRI with its own technology has developed a VoIP communication system and user agent solution. VoIP communication system is applied to a Wired / Wireless LAN with IP-PBX. It’s an easily managed, low price, without additional telephone network, and multiple functional IP telephony system. As for voice services using IP network, it can be further combined with a variety of mobile network services, such as instant messaging and presence status (Instant Message and Presence), online customer service, mobile extension service and other applications. The VoIP user agent solution can perform registration and authentication, basic call functions, communication quality monitoring, etc. Through porting and development according to the differences of mobile platforms, the VoIP user agent provides optimized communication operations with the native mobile functions. Users now can access the VoIP service via various mobile devices. The VoIP client solution can also be upgraded to IMS UE which supports related IMS functions for wider application range.

(一)網路語音通訊系統 *支援10,000用戶登錄 *支援同時通話數可達每秒150通語音通話 *控制訊令採用SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)/SDP(Session Description Protocol)協定 *語音串流支援RTP(Real-time)協定 *提供網路電話通話基本功能,包含撥打電話、接聽電話、拒絕電話、取消電話、掛斷電話等。 *提供電話保留 (Hold)及取回 (Retrieve) 功能。 *提供跟隨 (Forward) 功能,包含未上線跟隨、直接跟隨、忙線跟隨、未回應跟隨等。 *提供勿打擾 (Do-Not-Disturb) 功能。 *提供註冊認證、通話認證功能。 *提供單一號碼多台終端註冊功能。 *支援撥碼繞送規則群組功能。 *支援信任網域撥入功能。 *支援撥話端號碼轉換功能。 *支援NAT環境之VoIP終端。 *支援喚醒用戶端功能。此功能須搭配ICL Application Notification Server及VoIP Client。 *支援語音串流伺服器彈性擴充功能。 *提供語音資源分配功能。 *支援檔案及資料庫之通話紀錄儲存。 (二)網路語音通訊終端 *支援SIP(Session Initiation Protocol)/SDP(Session Description Protocol)協定 *支援RTP(Real-time)協定 *支援G.711u、G.711a、G.729、iLBC等語音編解碼技術 *支援撥打電話、接聽電話、拒絕電話、取消電話、掛斷電話、電話保留及取回等基本話務功能。 *支援通話靜音模式 *支援in-band與out-of-band DTMF tone *支援iOS、Android喚醒機制 *支援iOS、Android、Windows等作業系統平台

*資通所網路語音通訊系統與終端完整解決方案,採用國際標準規範,並完全為自行研發成果,並可依據客戶需求進行客製化功能設計與開發,具備系統功能擴充彈性。。 *支援伺服器彈性擴充功能,方便快速增加系統負載能力。 *支援動態設置話務繞送機制,彈性管理話務權限與繞送決策。 *支援單一使用者帳號多終端註冊登入能力,增加使用者使用彈性。 *支援與VoIP Gateway介接或第三方SIP Server互通機制,擴大通話對象與服務範圍。 *SIP User Agent支援多作業系統平台,包含iOS、Android、Windows等,並依據不同平台機制優化話務服務。 *SIP User Agent可進一步擴充成為IMS終端(IMS UE),支援IMS相關應用服務。

應用範圍

1.提供企業行動網路語音通訊服務,並可結合傳統交換機與電信網路,提供手機間互通、手機撥打傳統分機、傳統分機撥打手機、手機撥打市話(透過傳統電信網路下車)等網路語音服務。 2.本技術已技術移轉國內多媒體互動平台服務代表性廠商,並成功佈建應用於國內電信運營商、政府單位及多家科技企業。
