技術簡介
為實現第四代行動通訊中載道聚合的技術,本技術提出一種射頻收發機的架構,利用數個混波器所組成之切換電路,同時達成carrier aggregation功能和訊號混頻處理。具有可共用射頻前端元件、高晶片整合度以及在最小變動下可與現有射頻架構進行整合等優勢。
Abstract
A novel RF system architecture was proposed for the implementation of the carrier aggregation function in 4G standard. The carrier aggregation and signal mixing are realized by switchable mixer array at the same time. The architecture has significant advantages including sharing RF front-end, high integration and compatibility with current RF architectures.
