技術名稱: 運動控制伺服迴路裝置

技術簡介

本專利整合IC設計、系統整合、多軸精密運動控制、硬體電路設計、嵌入式硬即時多工作業系統移植、人機介面、網路通訊、韌體開發、軟體開發與工業安規認證等等人才,並將所需功能整合於一顆SOC中,開發出此運動控制迴路裝置,並成功運用在各個產業的控制器上。

Abstract

The patented integration of IC design, system integration, multi-axis precision motion control hardware circuit design, embedded hard real-time multitasking operating system migration, human-machine interface, network communication, firmware development, software development and industrial and safety approvals personnel and required functions integrated in a SOC developed motion control loop device, and successfully applied in various industries controller.

技術規格

利用一種數值差分分析演算法(DDA)達到有效改善運動控制的軌跡平滑度,並抑制受控體可能造成的振盪現象,提昇運動控制整體的精度要求。

Technical Specification

Department of the present patent, the use of a digital differential analysis algorithm (DDA), in order to achieve effective to improve the smoothness of the motion control trajectory, and inhibit the phenomenon of controlled oscillation of the body may be caused to enhance the movement to control the overall accuracy requirements.

技術特色

本技術PID控制迴路中的積分控制器(Integral controller)係利用數值差分分析(DDA, Digital Differential Analyzer)演算法則之概念,將數位IC硬體電路的離散行為逼近實際之連續系統,以改善一般積分控制迴路因增益參數調整不當可能造成系統受控體發生振盪、發散現象等不穩定之狀態,並進一步使穩態誤差縮小,達到高精度之運動控制要求。
