技術名稱: 人類初代肝癌腫瘤組織之動物模式

技術簡介

人類初代肝癌腫瘤組織植入免疫缺陷鼠的動物模式較細胞株植入方式表現更佳腫瘤生物穩定(Biological stability)的特性,因此可更精確評估新藥開發的療效及提供腫瘤分子特性的研究。透過本平台針對動物模式的生理及病理的完整觀察,可以同時瞭解候選藥物在抗腫瘤的藥效評估、藥理作用機制以及潛在性的毒性反應觀察。

Abstract

The established platform of human primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) tissue xenografts model can supply the evidence to demonstrate the anti-tumor growth efficacy of small molecules, protein drugs and botanical drugs for pharmacodynamics effect in vivo. This platform can preserve and provide the more biological stability and micro environment of tumor tissues similar primary HCC.

技術規格

目前以建立4株完整肝癌病患(兩株HBV病患、兩株HCV病患)臨床資訊,同時可以在SCID小鼠皮下連續繼代超過5代之肝癌腫瘤組織,並可儲存於液態氮中保存,解凍後仍可在小鼠皮下以及原位肝臟生長。

Technical Specification

We had established 4 human primary HCC tissue xenografts models. Two tumors form HBV-infection HCC patients and two tumors from HCV-infected HCC patients. These tissues can implant and growth more than five generations in subcutaneous SCID mice and also preserve in liquid nitrogen for further study.

技術特色

目前國內外並無來自人類初代肝癌腫瘤組織同時可以在SCID小鼠體內穩定生長之動物模式,可以藉此進行有關肝癌藥物的開發與研究,同時可以提供研究者進行肝癌的基礎研究使用。同時均已使用肝癌標靶藥物Nexavar進行藥物反應之評估。

需具備動物實驗操作經驗、P2感染性相關實驗燥坐經驗。
