技術簡介

本技術主要以優化型「分離式熱電熱泵模組」為技術核心。 開發一款2公升級「商用型分離式熱電熱泵飲水機」雛型裝置。 技術內容包括；熱電熱泵核心系統應用、系統迴路設計開發、機組機構設計與雛型裝置製作等。 完成後之技術內容，預計技轉給業界合作廠商進行市售產品之設計開發。

Abstract

The core technologies in this report focus on the optimized separate thermoelectric heat pump module. The prototype is a 2L ＆quot;Commercial separated thermoelectric heat pump dispenser＆quot;. These technologies include the core system applications of thermoelectric heat pump, the system loop design and development, the device mechanism design, the prototype device production and so on. These technologies are expected to transfer to industry partners for the design and development of commercial products.

技術特色

利用熱電晶片可製冷特色，取代傳統壓縮機製冷性能，達到無振動低噪音與環保免用冷媒之特色，唯目前技術因熱交換器與熱電晶片的匹配未達到最佳化，因此普遍使用此技術之飲水機，均有壽命短之缺點。
