技術名稱: 渦卷式壓縮機性能模擬分析技術-無油渦卷空壓機性能模擬軟體

技術簡介

渦卷式壓縮機的高效率、低噪音,使其應用日漸增加。工研院綠能所自行開發的渦卷式壓縮機性能模擬軟體來進行效能分析,也有很好的成果,例如低壓外殼與高壓外殼模組發展、工作流體選用與最佳化模組建構等。 目前工研院綠能所自行開發了一套渦卷壓縮機的性能模擬軟體,其操作相關程序與軟體使用流程將於本報告中呈現,以完成一標準之軟體操作手冊。本計劃亦建構渦卷始端頭部修整之數學模型,藉線型修整之方式使渦卷壓縮機的先天限制如容積比等可加以提高,並搭配可變壓縮比的設計來提升壓縮機的操作範圍。此外亦藉由修整線形來增加渦片剛性,防止其於高壓高溫時產生過大變形而增加洩漏甚至進而毀壞。但頭部修整卻會導致渦卷所受的切向與徑向氣體力變動幅度增大,因此在設計上必須依據設計需求而有所取捨。

Abstract

Scroll compressor of high efficiency, low noise, its application is growing. ITRI-developed scroll compressor performance simulation software for performance analysis, there are good results, such as low-side and high-side shell, working-fluid selection and the optimization module and so on. For this scroll compressor performance simulation software, its operating procedures and a standard operating manual used in the software will be introduced in this report. The project also constructed the head-modification mathematical model, and by way of it, the scroll compressor‘s volume ratio can be increased, and with a variable compression ratio design to enhance the compressor operating range. In addition, it also increases the wrap rigidity, high pressure and high temperature can be prevented, and excessive increase of leakage or deformation, too.

無油渦卷式壓縮機性能模擬軟體包括下列模組 (1)壓縮機結構選用。 (2)工作流體選用(鏈結NIST-REFPROP 9.0函示庫之某一部分工作流體) 。 (3)參數設定。 (4)渦卷線型創生。 (5)計算模擬與結果顯示。

Oil-free scroll compressor simulation software includes the following modules (1) compressor structure. (2) working fluid selection (link a portion of the working fluid in the library NIST-REFPROP 9.0). (3) parameter settings. (4) scroll line creation. (5) simulation and calculation results.

技術特色

此軟體之模擬結果可望輔助進行渦卷相關產品(真空泵、壓縮機、空壓機等)之設計選配。本研究將目前發展之模擬軟體配合實驗測試,並將實驗結果反饋修正數學模型而提高軟體的價值,進而能輔助設計人員並在實際產品開發之設計、選配上提供有用的參考。
