技術名稱: 箱型機效率改善技術

技術簡介

建構直流變頻箱型機,以本所開發的變頻技術來取代定頻機種,採用R410A直流變頻壓縮機,撘配弦波驅動模組,DC水泵馬達及熱交換器設計。變頻箱型機的流量分配主要參數為壓縮機轉速與膨脹閥開度,系統依據控制器所提供的膨脹閥開口及壓縮機轉速,進行循環系統冷媒流量分配,保持室內溫度之舒適度,性能達國家能效標準2級以上。

Abstract

Establish the technology of performance improvement of constant-speed package air conditioners by adopting R410A refrigerant compressor with DC driver developed by GEL and re-design heat exchangers. The main parameters of flow rate distribution of inverter package air conditioners are the compressor and electric expansion valve. The controller provides refrigerant flow rate depending on electric expansion valve and compressor speed to maintain constant room temperature and reach above the 2-class performance standard.

技術特色

建構直流變頻箱型機,以目前市場上之能效為4級,進行直流變頻推動。以本所建立多年的變頻技術來取代,雛型機採用R410A直流變頻壓縮機,及綠能所開發的熱交換器設計軟體,進行系統設計與元件匹配,撘配無感測弦波驅動模組,及搭配DC水泵馬達直驅及控制策略,進行最佳化運轉,符合國家能效標示2級以上。
